We offer Building Regulations and CDM Principal Designer services, using our expertise as architects and leaders of complex teams to coordinate the design.

We have been at the forefront of the recent legislation, understanding the new duties and roles for clients, contractors and designers.

Principal Designers at the practice have undertaken extensive training and are listed on the RIBA Principal Designer register, including accreditation for work on Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs).

We regularly review, coordinate and integrate other disciplines’ work into the overall design, so are well placed to deliver PD services including:
