Tretheague Manor is an early Georgian Grade II listed dwelling approximately 5 miles from Falmouth deep in the Cornish countryside.
Our client’s Estate project consists of 8 acres of land and includes several buildings. The current project consists of the full restoration of the Grade II listed Manor including a period interior to provide substantial family accommodation. The client’s aspiration to preserve the character and history of the building along with rectifying the previous owners disregard for conservation has been welcomed by English Heritage and will breathe new life into the neglected building.
New guest and pool accommodation is, in contrast, contemporary and introduces crisp modernist form and detail hidden within the mature landscaped grounds.
