The site, located within the Bank Conservation Area, comprises a single building set behind three Grade II listed façades, which originally formed three separate buildings, namely 25 and 26 Throgmorton Street and 123 Old Broad Street.
The entrance to the whole building is through the part Gothic style arcaded Portland stone elevation of 26 Throgmorton Street. Our proposition involves a reimagined / rebranded entrance area, a rolling programme of refurbishment works to the upper floors and the provision of additional occupier amenities.
To the upper floors, the dated white tile type ceiling was removed, exposing the slab and frame. Revealing the full height of previously infilled windows to maximise daylight penetration and carefully considered setting out of light fittings, sprinkler heads and other detectors created a totally new aesthetic leading to very successful lettings.
