The 33 storey residential building comprises 181 dwellings, completed in 2018 and is our tallest building to date.
The design, inspired by some of the most successful tall buildings of the 20th century, is a tri-partite proposition composed of solid masonry with elegantly proportioned windows and provides vertically stacked amenity spaces arranged to capture the most south facing outlook for the residents.
The top of the building comprises conceptual ‘water towers’ as penthouse spaces.
An active frontage at ground floor with a double height reception space over looked by the resident’s gymnasium and a variety of balcony, terrace and winter garden amenity spaces create spectacular views across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with further public realm benefits including a new tree lined pedestrian and cycle route.
