As part of our clients new concept called ‘Capsule’ which delivers fully completed and tenant ready office space, we have proposed a simple, pared back interior scheme, retaining as much of the original interesting features and good quality building fabric as possible.
The exposed building fabric is juxtaposed with more domestic themed and softer elements designed to attract businesses requiring a one stop solution to their office space requirements.
The project completed in September 2020.
